Walk up to a full length mirror and admit to yourself you need help. Be honest…do you like what you see? Are you happy with your weight? Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired?
Been eating too many Big Macs and french fries? Too many milk shakes to count. Way past your daily limit on beer. Oh yes, I’m talking about you!
Until you are fed up enough with yourself to do something about it you will stay the way you are…growing old and fatter every day. Miserable…unhealthy…a cancer magnet.
Don’t like this kind of talk? Go ahead and kill yourself with your bad diet and lack of movement on your part. Sit back in the recliner and watch another TV program. Eat another plate of bacon and eggs…go ahead…it’s your life, or death maybe.

I’m eating healthy food and enjoying it more every day. I walk a mile at least 3 to 5 times a week (depending on the weather). I get at least 6 to 8 hours sleep every day. I have little or absolutely no stress.
